Price then the way that the bell boy : Battuman act with hard situation with taxi driver & young guy brought with him from airport when we ariived bf chech in opposite to the entrance of the hotel when i discover that i lost my wallet inside the car I was certain that it was lost inside (The whole situatin can be cheched by your security section using the controlled camera) Then location then cleaness then outside & inside design then high stansard in the combination of colours in intenral design

I recently stayed at La Quinta by Wyndham Istanbul Gunesli, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The stay was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were extremely respectful and helpful throughout my time there. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable – not a single flaw. I genuinely give this hotel an 11 out of 10. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Istanbul!

The receptionist were very cooperative, specially esra (guests relations),fopin and nazar.The location was very good, outlet 212 nearby, mall of Istanbul about 10 minutes by taxi.

Great staff interaction (Thank you, Esra!). The hotel is in a good location if you use your car. It has a big free underground parking. The hotel's outside parking area has an e-Car Charger station spot. I tried also the local bus. The station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. I used bus no. 97GE, taken from end-to-end, a perfect variant! The journey has more than 20 stops and takes about 1 hour to reach the Eminönü area, very close to Feribot terminals (Galata bridge) and not too far from the historic city centre!

The hotel staff was very polite, happy to solve any issues and helped us arrange transport and bargain the price with cab drivers who tend to take advantage of tourist. The cleaning staff were kind always happy to work with our schedule and were very generous with supplies. A special shout-out to Adem and hotel Day manager Elgin who really went above and beyond to make our stay special. There is a Hookah lounge in the hotel located towards the back and the workers there are very very friendly, Habib made us all feel like VIP customers.

The staff were extremely helpful. We ran into a couple of travelling problems and the staff went out of their way to "sort them out" for us. Every request was promptly met. We especially liked the free bottles of water each day and a plate of fresh fruit when we arrived.

From the cleanliness to the staff, everything was brilliant. We had Adil & Zeynep help us through out our stay and they were both very lovely and most helpful people. Best thing about the staff was that they were able to help and understood simple English as that’s one thing no one did in Turkey unfortunately.
